Ingredients

  • 3/4 inch ginger
  • 250 grams kale
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 2 cups sweet potato

How To Prepare

  1. Boil the kale leaves until it turns to a vibrant green shade. Subsequently, strain the water.
  2. Add the cut sweet potatoes to a separate vessel with water. Make sure the water covers the content. Add salt and boil until it becomes soft.
