oats and nuts laddu

Who doesn’t love a sweet treat after a meal? A lot of us out there want to watch our health as well as indulge in our desires. Well, this recipe can help us with both. While oats are rich in fiber and also help to reduce the cholesterol levels in the body, the nuts in this laddoo like walnuts and almonds which are rich in omega-3-fatty acids help to reduce the inflammation in the body. This laddoo can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike and is a healthy replacement for sugar in our lives.
